Brussel(s) Sprouts
But seriously, is it brussels sprouts or brussel sprouts? Potato, potato I guess.
These sprouts turned out to be legendary. It wasn't on purpose. We baked bone-in chicken thighs the night before with ghee, garlic and a generous amount of Italian spices. I used the leftover chicken-y goodness as the base for these, and i don't know if I'll ever be able to roast sprouts any other way! If you want to make these without chicken-y leftovers, I'm sure they'll still be ghee-garlic heaven.
Ingredients:
- Ghee
- Garlic
- Onion powder
- Basil
- Parsley
- Oregano
- Thyme
- Salt
- Pepper
Put half each ingredient in the bottom of your baking dish. Slice the sprouts in half, and put the cut side down in your pan. Cover the sprouts with the remaining ingredients. Bake at 400 degrees until the sprouts are tender and start to brown.
