Mango Salsa Recipe

Mix together:

  • 1 mango diced

  • juice of 1 lime

  • handful of diced grape tomatoes

  • 1/4C of chopped cilantro

  • 1 slice of diced red onion

  • salt to taste

  • jalapeño optional…kind of

  • cumin if you’re feeling wild

Salsa will keep in the fridge for 2-3 days, but you’ll probably finish it in one sitting!
