Air Fryer Chicken Wings
About a month ago, I tested positive for Alpha gal Syndrome or Mammalian Meat Allergy. If you’ve heard about the tick that makes you allergic to meat, that’s what I’ve got! So I can eat meat if it lays eggs…which leaves me basically chicken, turkey, duck and fish. Needless to say, there has been a ton of Chicken cooked in my house these past 4 weeks. Enter chicken wings! This super simple recipe will be your new air fryer fave:
-Snip the tips off of your wings at the joint near the pointy end of the wing
-Pat wings dry and sprinkle with Trader Joes lemon pepper
Seriously, that’s it. Toss them in the air fryer at 360 degrees for 16 minutes, tossing halfway through to make sure everything gets evenly browned. The skin should be crispy. Serve with Ranch or Bleu Cheese…or my personal fave, Buffalo Bleu Cheese: Texas Pete hot sauce, greek yogurt, and bleu cheese crumbles.
