Multi Seed Banana Bread

1/2C butter

1C Sugar *(1C Maple Syrup for Paleo)

2 eggs

1.5C flour *(1C Cassava Flour for Paleo)

1tsp Salt

5 mashed bananas

1 halved banana

1/2C Plain Greek Yogurt

1tsp Vanilla

1/3C sunflower seeds

1/3C Chia seeds

1/3C hemp hearts

3 Tbsp collagen

Mix all ingredients except for the halved banana. Pour into buttered loaf pan, top with halved banana. Bake for 50-60min at 350°

Top with butter and/or honey and enjoy!
