Greek Kale Salad
- Kale
- Tamari
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Lemon Juice
- Sesame Seeds
- Feta
- Cucumber
- Diced Onion
- Halved Grape Tomatoes
- Kalamata Olives
- Fresh Ground Pepper
- Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
Pour Tamari, Lemon Juice, and Extra Virgin Olive Oil over kale. Rub into the kale until all of the kale is shiny and softening. The kale should look about 1/3 smaller. Sprinkle with the rest of the toppings and serve! The kale is hearty, so this salad holds up really well in the refrigerator for a couple of days - perfect for leftovers!
